I am finally back from my travels. Back in the routines. Back to being a mom. Back to being a photographer and working through my gazillion images.

Dearest Jonah and Anne Marie

I'll never forget our first meeting at my downtown studio. We must have talked for hours during our meeting. Then to be followed by fried green beans at 710! LOL. I am so happy that we had the chance to get to know each other. I've been blessed by your love and example as a couple. I truly wish you the best as you've started your life together! From the bottom of my heart thank you for allowing me to capture your story. :)

It's such a small world! I love it that you lived in my home state and became a "local wahine". It was such an honor to be chosen to shoot your engagement pictures. I wish you both endless happiness as you both start your life together. :)

Dear Katie and Nick

Wow! I can't believe how fast this year has flown by! I remember just like it was yesterday when I drove to Baton Rouge to have dinner with you and your mother at that really nice steakhouse! It has truly been an exciting adventure getting to know you and Nick. I love that we've all become friends in the process! (We just won't have any more Coronas at your house...EVER) Thank you for letting me into your lives and calling me your friend. Here's your slideshow...

Dear Kathryn and Dustin,

I've been really blessed by the both of you more than you know. Capturing the love and passion you both share reminds me once again what an honor it is to be a photographer. From the trolley to the dog prop to our little break for beer, and the mint julep I couldn't bear...I can't believe how awesome our day together was! You both are the coolest in my book for letting me get away with my unpredictable craziness. Wait no more...here's your slide show!

Dear David and Emily....

Last year when you called me I didn't think that our first conversation would last two hours long! Remember how we talked about everything under the sun including our passion for Filipino foods?! I didn't know that it would be the start of a fabulous journey into a wonderful friendship. You both are such beautiful people inside and out and I wish you a life filled with crazy wonderful happiness! You are welcome to have adobo and sinigang anytime with me!

Dear Allen and Claire...

Thank you so much for having me over to take your engagement session. Allen I'm so glad that I was finally able to meet you! You are every bit that Claire and Ms. Sue described to me. Sooo much fun! I really had a blast getting to know both of you more. I'll never forget the "personal things" we all talked about when I had you both sit against the picket fence at the beginning of the shoot. Too funny! Let's not wait until the wedding day to see each other again!
